Fitment:
Our staff are well experienced at Hydraulic Master with the fitment of Hydraulic cranes to trucks, trailers and other mobile plant.
We have a wide variety of used cranes which we can refurbish and install on equipment allowing a greater cost saving on the installation thereof.
All fitments will be load tested and certification will be provided on delivery.
Repairs:
In house repairs, refurbishment and fault finding are done on all cranes.
Our technical staff can pinpoint issues provide reports and service cranes to ensure that these are issue and leak free.
Our technical staff are on call to attend breakdowns and carry out emergency repairs anywhere in South Africa
Service contracts are also available. These ensure the regular servicing, inspection, annual certification etc. These service contracts are an inexpensive solution tailor made to suite your every need and working environment, improving the lifespan and reliability of your asset.
Modifications:
Hydraulic master have the ability to modify your crane to suite your individual needs and requests.
This includes remote control functions, PTO modifications, crane relocations, outrigger modifications and more.
The limiting factor with most trailer mounted cranes such as those for the transportation of bricks, and concrete products is that the trailer relies on the hoarse to deliver the hydraulic power needed to perform the loading/ offloading.
Hydraulic master can tailor make a neat, compact diesel/ petrol driven power pack concealed and out of the way that allows the trailer to be operated independently without the hoarse.
These trailer modifications allow the truck/ hoarse to be doing multiple deliveries/ collections by leaving the trailer on site while attending to the relocation of other trailers.
This comes in handy in concrete yards, batch pants and on site where the trailers an independently load themselves while the truck/ hoarse delivers previously loaded trailers.
Accessories:
Various accessories, add-ons and components are made or installed in house.
These accessories include temporary or permanent diesel/ petrol driven power packs to allow the full function of the unit even without the PTO function of the truck/hoarse.
Modifications offered to functions such as grabs, hooks, safety devices, lifting facilities, valves, pumps, tanks, filtration and many more.
